I have decided to eliminate the HTML version of my resume and instead put up a PDF version of my resume. Maintaining 3 different versions of my resume (Word, HTML, Plain Text) was just not pratical and it meant that the online version was frequently grossly out of date. Since MacOS X allows me to save as a PDF in the print menu, this allows me to quickly re-create the online version whenever I make updates to the Word version. Since Google can index PDF files, I don't loose any search engine functionality either.
